Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-event planning:

Sales presentations and proposal development:

·       Crafting customized proposals outlining booth options, pricing packages, and potential ROI based on the exhibitor's specific requirements. 

Negotiation and closing deals:

·       Negotiating contract terms with prospective exhibitors, including booth size, pricing, and additional services. 

·       Closing deals by addressing concerns and securing signed contracts to confirm participation in the exhibition. 

Relationship management:

·       Maintaining ongoing communication with confirmed exhibitors to address questions, provide updates, and ensure a positive experience. 

·       Building strong relationships with key decision-makers within exhibitor companies to foster repeat business. 

Sales reporting and analysis:

·       Tracking sales pipeline, identifying trends, and anayzing performance metrics to optimize sales strategies. 

·       Preparing regular sales reports for management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement. 

Market awareness and industry knowledge:

·       Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies relevant to the exhibition market. 

·       Attending industry conferences and workshops to maintain market expertise.
