 Responsibility 

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and increase attendance at trade shows and exhibitions
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries generated from previous events
  • Maintain and update a database of potential attendees
  • Communicate with individuals and companies to promote the event and its features, answer questions, and persuade them to attend
  • Provide information about registration, pricing, schedules, and other relevant details
  • Follow up with attendees after the event to gather feedback and assess satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns and strategies to increase attendance and achieve event goals

Attend team meetings and provide regular updates on progress and outcomes

Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times

 

Visitor Promotion Executive

Job Description:

  • Promote exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and road shows through tele-calling and email campaigns
  • Manage database with accurate data entry and ability to coordinate activities
  • Work on event coordination/vendor management/visitor promotion/media coordination, etc.

Incumbent Profile:

  • Should be fluent in English with excellent written and spoken communication and presentation skills
  • Should be outgoing and customer-service oriented possessing inter-personal communication skills with an ability to interact.
  • Qualification: The candidate should at least be a graduate. Management graduates preferred.
  • Candidates with minimum 1 -2 years of experience.

Sales Manager

The primary responsibility is to identify new business opportunities , winning new businesses and liaising with operational teams to ensure service requirements are delivered.
Roles and Responsibilities: Generating leads by conducting research understanding the prospective company's profile , cold calling and using social media tools Build Business Development strategy plan and define targets to achieve business objectives Meet prospective clients , ideate , create presentations , prepare proposals , generate business and meet sales targets Follow sales process and internal procedures To collaborate with other functions within the business to ensure consistent delivery .
